This is not the official DYZ Android Series 1. There is a guide on how to spot a fake and this is one. Fine if you are getting it for a child to play with but not to collect the series.

As soon as I opened my knock-off Android mini-collectable, I knew it was a bad knock off. The paint around the "neck" is not clean and has brush marks on the torso. One of the antennas broke off before I even got it out of the packaging. Also, the arms bow out and make the whole thing look really strange. Stay away, this is a bad knock off.

I bought two of these android robots, one for me and one for my dad. They obviously serve no purpose, but are very fun to have on your desk. As a computer geek, I love android, and I think these are pretty sweet. As far as durability goes, both of my droids were in perfect condition upon arrival. They seem to be well made, and since they just sit on my desk, they don't have to withstand much. I would recommend this as a cheap father's day gift for an android user, or for anyone with a droid. It's very cute and geeky.

You can rotate the head and arms and it seems like it is durable enough to take some abuse. If you are wondering how it stands up, the legs are not round. From the side, the legs are actually rectangles that are about one inch long providing a stable base for the figure.

Arrived quickly and looks exactly as shown by the seller. Only weak points are the antennae which I think could snap off very easily if mishandled. Otherwise the quality is excellent.
